Jeppe Nedergaard, is a Danish artist, born in 1979 in Sønderborg, where he also lives today. Jeppe has been drawing since childhood and has always been attracted and influenced by the visual space.

The teenage years were spent on i.a. great commitment to the Hip Hop culture. The creative environment became Jeppe’s playground where graffiti and not least rap music were practiced at a high level. Later, Jeppe took an education as a graphic designer, which was Jeppe’s primary profession for a number of years.

In 2017, Jeppe returned to his creative roots and started taking classes at Sønderjylland’s Art School. Since then, Jeppe has not looked back and today he works with his art full time.

Jeppe’s painting style is very recognizable. The broad and vivid strokes are carefully balanced, the detail depends on the eye that sees and there is room for free interpretation. The focal point for Jeppe is figurative and modern art, which is based on moods and environments that he has felt on his own body.
